Quiet convenience

I purchased this unit about a month ago to use in our garage. Weve converted the garage into an office/workout space and needed to be able to both cool and heat this area. Installation was straight forward and I did this without help. The unit is exceptionally quiet and cools our 300 square foot space easily. With the WiFi feature we are able to control the settings from anywhere it is convenient and the app is user friendly. This isnt the first LG product Ive purchased and I am confident that this unit will provide us with years of service like the other LG products we have in our home.

Nightmare

The unit worked well for a short period. I contacted customer service for repair on the unit only to find out they dont repair an A/C out size. I then requested a refund and customer service made this a nightmare to get. After multiple multiple calls emails and weeks of work I finally received my refund. Very frustrating.

My husband built me a sewing room behind our house and installed the window unit to keep me warm in winter and cool in summer. It works great. I use the app on my phone to turn the unit to the desired temperature before I go out to work. Love it
