Disappointed

our cats are furry 8/11/2024

The Power Punch Nozzle was a disappointment. We expected to be able to use it for cat hair on furniture but since the center piece punches and doesnt spin it really doesnt work for that. The main nozzle is too wide to vacuum the cat trees and other narrow spaces. It doesnt seem like a nozzle exists for this product that would do that.

I bought this a year ago. I used similar one in Korea. I was satisfied with that one. But little bit disappointed with this one. I want this one has more power to erase the mattress dust.

Not very useful

I bought it but never found good occasions to use it in the last 12 months or so. Tried it on bed and couch. Never saw anything sucked into the dust bin. Also it is not very effective in dealing with pets hair if thats something you need.

Doesnt do anything towards cleaning seating

We bought this separately from our Cordzero specifically to clean sofas loveseats covered chairs etc. However Ill admit we didnt realize that even though they market it to clean those items they also state that its a vibrating mechanism and never specify that a roller brush is utilized. Thats exactly what it is some sort of oddball vibrating piece of plastic that doesnt spin and even worse doesnt allow much by the way of pet hair or crumbs to get through the nozzle. Im baffled by the design it seems counterproductive to cleaning anything.
