Runs very quietly which is great!
Do not like the untensil basket. It takes up too much space and i have to pull out the bottom rack to insert the utensils...would be better in the door.
The upper rack is not configured well. If you put glasses in the outer section, it does not allow small plates to fit in the tines. Overall configuration is not good.

I love my new dishwasher! It is so quiet and doesn't interfere with the TV. I can run it anytime of day instead of waiting till bedtime. It's easy to operate also!

I've only had it for 24 hours, but I cannot load large pots and bowls in the bottom because the tines are so close together, at an angle, and in a fixed position so they can't be adjusted. I replaced an old Bosch and thought this one would be better, boy was I wrong! The cutlery basket I received is not as advertised for this model. It is a box shape, takes up far too much room, and doesn't fit properly. The one in all the advertising photos is long and fits up against one side allowing for the rack to be used more efficiently. Also, the catch at the top to close doesn't reset itself everytime and I have to manually adjust it so that it doesn't close with a loud bang. The industrial designer who thought it was a good idea to put the tines at an extreme angle and make them immoveable should be fired.

This purchase was to replace a Bosch dishwasher that we have had for about 14 years. We liked the first Bosch dishwasher and bought a very similar model as a replacement.
I installed both the first one and the new one. The first one was very easy to install, but Bosch has changed the design of the new models which made for extra work during the installation of the new machine. Our first one was hard-wired whereas the new one comes with a plug that requires an outlet installed. Not a problem if you have planned for that during original construction, but that made for extra work for me during the install. The drain tube and water supply routing also has been changed which required cutting a larger hole in the cabinate. Again, not a problem, just took additional time.
The dishwasher itself works fine and is very quiet, which is why we bought Bosch again.

I just replaced my 22-year-old Bosch dishwasher with another Bosch dishwasher. Honestly, the last one is still working but we wanted a fresh one with our kitchen remodel. I only recommend Bosch for dishwashers. So reliable and we love the clean!

Can't figure out to use it. The manual is so confusing. I am old school and don't believe in apps. Bosch should not assume people want to use an app to run their dishwasher. I gave up trying to figure it out. Not happy at all with this dishwasher, Very unhappy with Bosch products.

I have had my new Bosch SHE41CM6N dishwasher for about a month. It cleans very well and I like the simple control panel and the stainless steel interior. I am disappointed by a few things though. The basket for silverware, etc is quite flimsy and the openings for items only accomodate thin handles; even table knives don't fir in some of them. I wish I would have kept the baskets from my old dishwasher because they held more iems and I could put spatulas, ladles and other larger items in them and they'd get clean. Laying a ladle down in the top rack does not get it clean unless you thoroughly clean it first. MY husband snipped a couple of the dividers with a wire cutter so I could fit a few larger handle items in, but I wish I'd kept my old baskets and used them--much more convenient. (It was a 7 yr old GE and cost to repair was too much)
The top rack is not configured to hold as many items as my old dishwasher did and plastic items do not seem to dry as well even with rinse aid.
As I stated, it cleans very well, even with plates in every available place in the bottom rack. That's impressive.

I never thought I could love an appliance. I just wanted a dishwasher that got my dishes clean, and I got so much more. I researched for a long time and asked people I trusted. I have never been happier with an appliance and will be switch to the Bosch brand on other appliances as they need replaced.

Raising a family can certainly put a strain on your home appliances, especially those that you use everyday. When we purchased our home over 12 years ago, we were fortunate to have a Bosch built in dishwasher already in place and used by the previous owner for years. We were amazed at how quiet the unit was when running, and at first found ourselves putting our ears close to the unit to ensure it was running. A huge difference from our previous experience with built in washers. Dishes were spotless at the end of the cycle and the unit served us well over the 12 years we have been using it. When it was finally time to replace, it was a simple choice to go back with a n almost exact replacement. The new unit is just as quiet and washes our utensils perfectly. The only dislike of the new unit is that the "clean" indicator light on the control panel self turns off after a short period when the cycle is complete. The old unit's light remained on until you opened up the door after completion of the wash cycle. Preferred this in case the unit was started by someone else. That is the only suggestion I have for Bosch as an improvement for this unit. Would not hesitate to purchase again and highly recommend.

For several months, I have struggled using my Bosch Series 100 Model SHE41CM6N dishwasher. Though it appears to be well made, the configuration of the racks is daunting. I struggle to find slots on the racks to accommodate my Corning ceramic dishware and an assortment of plastic tumblers. If you are able, you would be wise to take a sample of your dishes and tumblers to a showroom model and see if you can devise a strategy for loading the racks.
Here are the problems that I experienced in placing my dishware on any rack:
• Wire rack tines are grouped into different areas by the spacing between the tines. For example, some tine groups have narrow spacing and will accommodate only flat dinner plates but not cereal bowls. I quickly run out of spaces that fit a particular shape. I would have had almost no issues if most small spaces had been larger so most any size of dishware would fit.
• A significant area of the upper rack is designed for large objects, such as pots. By design, that area is unable to securely hold small objects. If you generally have nothing large, this space is mostly unusable.
Drinkware is cleaned in the upper rack, but there can be a major issue. I use plastic tumblers because they are lightweight, decorative, and thankfully break resistant. But these tumblers can bounce around while being washed and have been found sitting upright and filled to the brim with water. I needed to find a way to secure them; I now place an inverted wire basket on top of the tumblers and fasten this inverted "nest" to the dishwasher rack to immobilize them. Also, since the tumblers are plastic, they do not dry well, but this is common among some other dishwashers.
• The bottom of the lower rack has large openings. It is impractical and maybe even unsafe to attempt to place small objects on them since they could shift under water pressure and fall through the rack onto the rotating sprinkler.
• The plastic basket that holds utensils has 2 hinged covers, which have an array of holes for inserting the utensils and keeping them upright and separate. In my situation, almost all of my handles are too wide: my utensils will not insert through these holes; I must leave all the covers "open" and just clump the utensils in the compartments. Of course, small objects can be placed in any compartment, but an open cover would allow them to escape and bounce around the dishwasher. Unfortunately, each compartment does not have its own cover, so this problem is more extensive. (Note: you can solve this problem by buying a small stainless steel basket with a cover from online sources.)
What happens when you dry metal utensils in a plastic basket? Answer: the plastic does not dry completely and the utensils it holds may be a little wet. A stainless steel basket for utensils could resolve the issue, but I have not found an equivalent one that fits this dishwasher model and that suits my budget.
I continue to use my dishware (on extra dry and without a rinse aid). My ceramic plateware is dry and really shines. This dishwasher is pleasantly quieter than my old one. I hope this information helps you find a dishwasher that suits most all your needs.

Seems like it should be simple to set the cycle for our dishwasher or change it. Very hard to find instructions that are for our dishwasher. Always for the fancy ones that we don't have. Manual that came with it is uselsess and online instructions are never for the one we have. Do like that it is quiet and does a good job . Just don't understand why it has to be complicated.

I am in my 70s and had a few dishwashers and this is by far the best. Quiet and it really cleans the dishes. All of them. Had crew from Costco install and could not been better as they also gave me tips to get the most from my dishwasher.

We were coming off a 10 year old Bosch 100 series. I was apprehensive not know if the wash quality would be as good, but it is exactly the opposite. This thing washes incredibily well. Way better than before. The inside is now all stainless and it is taller so you can put taller silverware in the basket and the design of the top and bottom racks is SO much better. The app is nice because you can see where in the cycle it is AND the amount of time left which is cool. It also can send a notification when the cycle is complete. Very handy! You get your money's worth even on this more entry level model, but it is an outstanding value from the best dishwasher manufacturer in the business.

The basket for the silverware doesn't have large enough grids for standard sulverware to easily fit in. Don't like that there is no delay start option. There is no rack to hold wine glasses. This was a warranty replacement for a unit that quit after 2 years, very disappointed. I liked my original unit, this one don't like.

This is my second Bosch. My first one worked great for 15years! This one is quiet and cleans well. My only issue is the delay start. Requiring me to set it up using you Ap just makes a simple process unneccesarily difficult. I have yet to get it to work with a delay start even though the wifi is connected. UGH

Not happy with my dishwasher, shipped without a quiet blanket, overall racking system is not a good setup, for bowls, glasses, or silverware. Operating instructions lacking detail. Looking to up grade to adjustable racks with a third rack for silverware. Not sure if the rinse aid system is operating.

First time home buyer, first time choosing a dishwasher, after the dishwasher after 10/15 years broke down. Few things I love about the dishwasher, is it's quiet, it is WiFi compatible which gives me a lot more information on the app. How to clean the dishwasher how to move the inside carts for more room around the dishwasher for dishes, how I know if I need more rinse aid and so much more information. The installation was also amazing very good about communicating with me and answer all my questions as well I had.

Dishwashed is excellent. Cleans well and is fairly quiet. Not many features inside like adjustable racks or anything, but it is their lowest end model. But don't let that bother you. Like I said, it does the job well.

The first machine leaked on our floor, but the water had gone through the electrical panel too. So eventually after much communication and techs sent out...the whole electrical panel stopped working. Then at that point Bosch agreed to replace it. Since the replacement, the machine has worked wonderfully. I had difficulty with how the start up panel works but now I just leave as is and hit the on button then start. If it ever would get messed up, I do find it hard to reprogram it. Even when I follow the directions to a T.

I love this dishwasher! My dishes are always clean, the dishwasher itself is very quiet, and the WiFi connect is very convenient. I wish I could load more dishes in it. Our last dishwasher (also a Bosch) was affected by a lightning strike and it could not be fixed. So we ordered a new one. At this time, the racks were difficult to get. When we got our appliance the racks were definitely different. I can't put as many dishes in it. But it does the job beautifully!!

It does clean well and is quiet. No reason to function so incredibly complicated. Having to use an app is unnecessary. Not having a "clean" light that stays on is inconvenient. We are pretty tech savvy but setting up the app to our machine was frustrating. Not having a rinse button is also inconvenient. The machine cleans well and dries plastic well.

New dishwashers just don't work like the old ones. Wash cycles are very long, dishes don't get as clean, and the inside stays wet perpetually. The only good thing is that it's super quiet.

We were so happy with the performance and reliability of our Bosch dishwasher that we bought the exact same one again. The first one lasted 12 years and we had excellent service with it. It is extremely quiet and I appreciate the upgrade to LED lighting on the control panel compared to our previous model. The other feature that I like is the warning light when the rinse aid is running low. Our previous one didn't have that.

I ordered this product online from Lowe's so I didn't get to see the inside dimension. It is smaller than I expected and the racks are weirdly set. So you cannot adjust the tines to accommodate the dishes and pans. My fault. I also didn't get the third rack for larger silverware so those take up space where the glasses and cups would go. I love that it cleans really really well and it's quiet. Big plus. Just wish I would have went to see this model at the store. Lesson learned.

The Bosch dish washer is doing a fine job cleaning the dishes. It is quiet and thoroughly cleans both china and silverware. My only slight complaint is the residual dampness after washing. However, for a couple hours I leave the door open a crack and the moisture dries just fine.

We bought this dishwasher in March 2025, installed it in April 2025, and it was defective. There are no Bosch repair people all the eastern counties of MD, DE, and VA. and Bosch will not reimburse local repair people because they are not Bosch certified. The hoops we had to jump through to get a response from Bosch were ridiculous! Finally, after months, we were told a store credit would be issued and sent to the store where we purchased the unit. They have yet to receive it. I asked if Bosch was also going to reimburse me for the $300 installation and removal of the old unit fee. I was told that was not their problem. DO NOT BUY BOSCH PRODUCTS!!!
