I have had this range for less than a month and had my warming drawer get stuck for the second time I picked this brand for it's reputation and also because I really wanted to have a warming drawer. I am waiting for a call back to let me know when I will get another service call I'm hoping my experience will get better

Bosch customer service is terrible. Everytime you call you get a different answer. Waited more than 5 months to get a part. Service techinician appoinments take weeks to schedule. I would not reccomend buying this

We are very happy with our Bosch gas range. It looks great and is very easy to use. The oven bakes perfect every time and the heat seems to be evenly distributed. We just started using the gas range and we are very happy with the gas top cooking. Also, the clean up is very easy on the gas top. We can't say enough about how much we love our Bosch gas range! The quality is outstanding!

We purchased all Bosch appliances for our kitchen.
This range has been horrible since day one.
The oven would not ignite after delivery.
They did send a Bosch repair service.
Just days after our warranty was up, the same issue presented itself. The repair was $500.
The same issue is present, the oven will not heat up.
We thought we made a reliable choice with Bosch, but can get no help from customer service.
What should we do? Did we get a lemon or have you had similar complaints.

Got it three weeks ago, it has only worked for three days. Waiting two weeks for a service call? Inexcusable in an expensive and brand new item. I am so sorry I bought this. What a mess.

I am loving this gas range it is very easy to use and it has many great settings for roasting and baking. I would say that the 2 small gas jets for burners are on the back and it would have been nice to have one on the front

This Bosch 800 series range replaces a Bosch installed sixteen years ago. We decided to stick with quality after finding so many light-weight ranges.
A big plus for the Bosch is the full-width grates. We don't need an integral griddle and finding a stove top without one was difficult. We are especially loving the grates in three sections which makes them easier to remove when cleaning the stove top.
The oven seems to preheat faster than the range it has replaced.
The warming drawer is nice, but not a feature we needed. I would have preferred storage and continue to use it as such for our broiler pan. It is taking some "getting used to" the drawer. An errant toe bump will open it unintentionally.
I'm loving the overhang, or wings at the counter level. Our last range did not have them and trying to keep crumbs and mess out of the gap between the side of the stove top and the counters was a cleaning nightmare.
We use our range, cooking at home probably 95% to 97% of the time. Most of our meals are "from scratch" versus heating prepared food. Having a range of burner sizes, a conventional and convection oven and a product that stands up to daily cooking and cleaning is paramount.

I've had this oven for 2 years and have already had to replace the heating element in the oven twice. Now the entire front panel needs to be replaced, because the TCM chip that controls things has broken. The part is out of stock for at least 6 weeks and nobody can tell me when I will be able to get it. Meanwhile the oven will not function without this part. I bought bosch because I was tired of wasting money on cheap appliances. In this case I wasted alot of money on an expensive piece of junk.

This 800 Series Range is the BEST range I hae ever had and I have been cooking for over 50 years! It definitely is a professional range. Each eye can be adjusted to any temp you need. The heat is such an even heat and cooks so uniformally, that I have not burned anything on my pots since I have been cooking on it! The oven also cooks very evenly. I have now had the oven for 9 mouths.
My only complaint, ( it is not bad enough to take away from all the good!) is the gas oven does not brown as evenly as my electric oven did.
I would definately recommend this unit to anyone who loves to cook!!!

The slide-in is exactly what I was looking for when we started to design our kitchen. It's seamless with the counter and the cabinets, and the black finish just makes it look so polished. We're very happy with it!

Untrustworthy oven. Had it installed in beginning of December. On Christmas day the oven stopped working. We contacted support and they kept saying "we'll get back with you in 24 hours".
Now we find it will take 3 weeks to get a service technician.
If you expect an oven to be reliable, try a different brand.

The cooktop is tough to clean and easily scratches which one can see easily on a black surface after repeated scrubbing
The only really usable burner one is the center one (it's the one we use 90% of the time). All others are ok for simmering but take forever to boil and are impossible to sear with. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the regulator but just feels underwhelming.
Also, just after a year after purchase, the oven igniter failed. Was a hassle to deal with (on Thanksgiving).
Overall, expected better quality from Bosch. We want to like it but there isn't much to like and have doubts it will hold up well in the long run.

We have had this oven since March, 2021 and have had two major issues with Bosch taking absolutley no responsibility for it. Their customer service is a joke with the last two blaming us for the product defects. One part has been on back order for over six months and now the oven won't light- and caused no Thanksgiving meal to be cooked and now we won't be able to cook a meal for Christmas! The response from Bosch- I missed my Thanksgiving also because I had to work! We will never recommend Bosch products to anyone, ever.

I love the stove/oven. The one fault it has that we have found is that the legs to raise and lower it are plastic. We broke two putting it into place. That is very very disappointing when you consider the price of the range.

We have no complaints about our new Bosch range. Appears to be well built, and is working well. One suggestion would be to add a red or other color stripe to the knobs so it would be easier to see what temperature you are on.

Love the black stainless. Love the black burner top - so easy to keep clean looking. Love the continous grill on the top and the power burners. Unfortunately, when we use the oven, once it reaches the preheated temperature, it turns itself off. Also, the bell which should sound when it reaches the correct temperture is so low that we can hardly hear it. (even reset to the high level) We called our dealer and they suggested that we turn off the electricity and allow the oven to reset. This did work the first time that we used it, but not the next time. We are also frustrated with the manual, which refers to a setting called "Fast Preheat". This setting does not appear on our range. We are in touch with our dealer and hope to sort out this problem.

We finally received our stove after 6 months of waiting. It is sleek looking and works great! My only complaint is the panel on the front being so sensitive and easily pushed, so I have to keep the panel lock on all the time.

I keep hitting the oven timer instead of the kitchen timer. I use the kitchen timer for general timing and wish the kitchen timer stood out or had a larger font to clarify timers.
Easy to clean.
No simmer selection on the five burners.
Make sure your countertop team knows you have a slide in. My slide in sticks a bit due to the backsplash installation.

The range top works well. We have had to have service come out because the warming drawer did not work. This is the second problem we've had with our set of Bosch products - our dishwasher is in the process of being replaced. Because of this, we are concerned with the quality of these products.
