Gas range is good, but has a very distinct gas smell sometimes when it first starts. We had someone come out and look at it and it seems to be fine and normal.

I just bought the range a week ago. It™™s isn™™t heating properly and it will be a week before a technician will come check it. Don™™t waste your money. A brand new range should at least work even if it is the most basic. I have had horrible experience with Frigidaire in general trying to get this range. First they didn™™t deliver it after I had to wait all day so I bought the same range elsewhere and it is junk.

Do not buy!!! I was sent a brand new stove. The oven is dangerous and doesnt work right. ITS BRAND NEW!!! Have to go through the motions of getting it serviced. Even though ITS BRAND NEW!!!! Service tech came out and said all of these are having issues because the wrong part is installed on them and the company knows it but keeps selling the faulty ones. I contact customer service. They are no help. I bought a BRAND NEW STOVE and cant use it. I have no eta on when it will be repaired. I have to cancel Thanksgiving for my kids because I dont know when I will have stove that works. I bought this at the beginning of October so I could have a new stove for the holidays. Looks like dinner is canceled and all frigidaire can say is sorry about your luck, it will get fixed when it gets fixed". Isn't it illegal to sell products that you know doesnt work???

I've used my new range nearly every day for the past two weeks and am very pleased. Preheat time is much quicker than my previous Samsung range. I like the simplicity of the options menu as I rarely used the convection or roast options on my previous range. I did purchase a Teflon mat to keep the bottom clean as this model doesn't have a self clean option.

It™™s so nice to have a stove and oven that works well. I love the I love how fast the quick boil feature works and with the holidays coming coming up I just know I™™ll make use of that fifth burner. The storage drawer on the bottom is perfect for storing all my cookie sheets, cake pans and pizza pans.

Hoo boy the burn in for the stove was stinky! But ever since, this thing works like a charm. It was a challenge to get some of the goop left behind by stickers etc, but I guess that is normal nowadays with these things. Still worth 5 stars in my book. (Only been using it a couple weeks though. If my opinion changes I'll see if I can update my review.)

I wanted to love this stove but I cant. First, I was delivered the wrong stove. Had wait for the right one to be sent. I have had it less than 3 weeks and I am already having to put in a service call. Same reason as a lot of the other 1 star reviews, gas smell when using the oven. The oven does not ignite like it should. It will fill the oven with gas, without ever igniting flame. The ignitor is glowing orange. Its supposed to be a brand new range. The flames on the stove top are extremely high. Overall, this is an extremely unsafe product. Its just such a disappointment to spend so much money and be so excited and the result is such a huge let down. If you are reading this, and truly take to heart reviews, please dont buy this stove. I dont understand how this product has such a high rating or hasn't been recalled yet.
